J D WETHERSPOON PLC (the 'Company')
The Company announces an interim dividend of 4.0p per share for the current financial period ending 26th January 2025 (2024: nil). The interim dividend will be paid on 30th May 2025 to shareholders on the register on 2nd May 2025.
This announcement replaces the dividend announcement in the Company's interim result announcement dated 21st March 2025 which stated a record date of 1st May 2025.
