Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR
The Company was informed today that on 1 December 2015 Simon Cacioppo, husband of Su Cacioppo, a Director of JD Wetherspoon plc, sold 30,000 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 719.15 pence per share.
The joint holding of Mr and Mrs Cacioppo is now 22,846 ordinary shares in the Company.
