Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties
Share Incentive Plan
The Company was informed on 10 April 2012, that following the maturity of an unapproved SIP award on 31 March 2012, ordinary shares were sold on 2 April 2012 to cover the cost of the tax and NI on the unapproved shares for the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price for all shares was £4.11 per share:
