JD Wetherspoon plc was notified on 01 February 2023 that Tim Martin, Chairman, had bought 2.6 million Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 457.25 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Tim Martin and his connected persons have an interest of 30,774,709 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.90 per cent of the issued share capital.
