Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR
The Company was informed today that on 12 January 2015 Helena Geoghegan, wife of Martin Geoghegan, a PDMR of JD Wetherspoon plc, sold 4,860 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 805.843 pence per share. The joint holding of Mr and Mrs Geoghegan is now 15,992 ordinary shares in the Company.
