Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific has been advised that purchases of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made on 5 June 2015 by the Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan on behalf of one Director of the Company, as follows:

A total of eight Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to which the Company added a further 8 Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan rules. His resulting interest in the Company is 916,596 Ordinary Shares representing 15.10 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital. In addition, he holds options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at a price of 1831.425p per Ordinary Share. Purchases of a further 650 Ordinary Shares were made on the same date and at the same price on behalf of 74 other members of staff under the Plan.
