Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Lushani Kodituwakku and persons closely associated with her, on 17 October 2025 purchased 1,766 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 5730 pence per share. Following this transaction Lushani Kodituwakku's beneficial holding is now 4,237 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
