Director Appointment 

Judges Capital is pleased to announce that David Barnbrook is joining the Board of the Company as an executive director and will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the group with effect from 1 January 2009. David (56) is currently Managing Director of Fire Testing Technology Limited ("FTT"), the largest business in the Judges Capital group of companies. He is a Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years' experience as a senior manager and director in sectors encompassing defence, instrumentation, aerospace and customer service, including positions at Stanton Redcroft, Servomex and MBM Technology. He will be succeeded at FTT by Dr. Sean Gregory, currently Sales Director of that company.

David Barnbrook holds 8,000 ordinary shares and his wife holds 4,500 ordinary shares in Judges Capital, representing in aggregate 12,500 shares equivalent to 0.31 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he holds options over 40,000 ordinary shares lapsing between October 2015 and April 2018 and exercisable at prices between 94p and 124p per share.
