Completion of Director Placing
Judges Scientific, a group involved in the buy and build of scientific instrument businesses, announces that, further to the announcement of 9 October 2017 regarding a proposed placing of ordinary shares by David Cicurel, it has been notified that he has placed a total of 157,727 ordinary shares in the Company ("Placing Shares") at a price of 1,900 pence per share (the "Placing") with a number of new and certain existing institutional shareholders.
Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited acted as Sole Bookrunner to the Placing, which was oversubscribed.
The revised Shareholding for David Cicurel is set out below:
