JUDGES SCIENTIFIC plc (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been advised that David Cicurel, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 24,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his SIPP, "Flexible Pension - DE Cicurel". The transaction was completed at 887.5p per Ordinary Share and does not alter his beneficial interest in the Company, which remains at 916,070 Ordinary Shares (of which the 24,000 Ordinary Shares acquired today are held through Pershing Nominees Limited and 58,885 are now held in his SIPP). The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (including those expected to be admitted on 4 December 2012, following the Company's announcement of 29 October 2012) is 5,298,498 and David Cicurel's interest represents 17.3% of this total.
