Information for shareholders regarding long term incentive plan arrangements for Directors
JD Sports Fashion Plc ("the Company") announces that it has today posted a letter to shareholders clarifying the Company's long term incentive plan arrangements for Directors, as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 January 2017, which was posted to shareholders on 26 May 2017.
A copy of the letter has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The letter will also be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com.
