Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
JD Sports Fashion Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Wednesday 9 June 2010 at JD Sports Fashion Plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8RR.
In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

·; Notice of Annual General Meeting
·; Proxy Form
Two copies of these documents together with the rules of the proposed 2010 - 2013 long term incentive plan and the proposed changes to the Company's articles of association have been sent to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
