In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (R), the Board of JPMorgan China Growth & Income plc announces that Mr Aditya Sehgal will join the Board of Godrej Consumer Products Limited as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent Director) for five years, with effect from 15th July 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
