In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30th July 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 217,157,952 Ordinary shares of no par value, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th July 2021, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Ltd is 217,157,952.

The above figure (217,157,952) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPM Global Core Real Assets Ltd under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
