JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited (the "Company" or "JARA"), the diversified global infrastructure, transportation and real estate investment company, announces a portfolio update as at 31 October 2024.

Net Asset Value

The Company's unaudited net asset value ('NAV') as at 31 October 2024 is 91.11 pence per share (30 September 2024 NAV: 88.85 pence per share), an increase of 2.5%. The US dollar appreciated by approximately 4% against Sterling, which positively impacted the NAV performance. The Company's share price as at 31 October 2024 was 65.60 pence and the discount to NAV was 28.0%.
