Second Quarterly Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 28th February 2021

The Directors have declared a second quarterly interim dividend of 0.75p per share in respect of its financial year ending 28th February 2021, to be paid on 28th August 2020 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 7th August 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 6th August 2020.

As detailed in the Prospectus, the Company is targeting a dividend yield on the Ordinary Shares of 2 to 3 per cent. (on the basis of the Initial Issue Price) in the first 12 months from the date of Initial Admission (24th September 2019). Including the payment of the above dividend, the Company's three dividend distributions since IPO amount to 2.25p per share.
