The Company announces that it has purchased 130,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 394.95 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 50,370,024 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 231,263,886. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
