Phytopharm PLC29 October 2007 Phytopharm plc (the "Company") 29 October 2007 Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchangefor a block listing of 50,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each (the "Shares")of the Company to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will be granted on 1 November 2007.These Shareswill, upon issue, rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuantto the exercise of options and subject to the rules of the Company's ShareIncentive Plan 2007.
