Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable plant-based polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, announces that Peter Nieuwenhuizen, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 26 October 2023 at prices between 148p-150p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Peter Nieuwenhuizen holds 22,412 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.2% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
