ITV repurchases a further £8.6m of Convertible Bonds

ITV today announces that it has repurchased a further aggregate principle amount of £8.6m of the 4% Convertible Bonds due 2016. The bonds purchased, representing 6.4% of the initial amount, will be cancelled following which the outstanding amount of the bonds will be £71.4m. To date we have now purchased a total of 47% of the initial amount.
