ITV plc - Share Awards
Following the appointment of Kevin Lygo as Managing Director of ITV's new Media and Entertainment division, ITV announces details of a one-off award made to him, on 5 November 2020.
The award over 879,689 ITV shares under the ITV Deferred Share Award Plan (DSA) was calculated using the average share price on the 30-days preceding the award date of 73.45p. The award is over restricted shares and will release on 5 November 2023 conditional on continued employment with the ITV Group until that time and the individual remaining in good standing at that time.
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail on the transaction.
