Release of share award
As announced on 29 March 2018 ITV made a joining award to Carolyn McCall, in accordance with the Remuneration Policy, for awards forfeited as a result of her leaving easyJet plc.
In accordance with the terms of the joining award made in March 2018, a proportion of the award was released on 17 December 2018 as detailed below:
