Director Appointment

The Company announces that Graham Cooke has been appointed to the ITV plc Board as an independent Non-executive Director with effect from today (1 May 2020).

Graham has extensive technical and digital experience, coupled with in-depth of knowledge of the e-commerce and digital sectors with a focus on user centric product development. He is a founder and CEO of Qubit, and previously spent five years working at Google where he most recently held the role of global leader on Google's strategy for conversion rate improvement. He will bring a digital and product perspective to the Board with a particular focus on data and technology.

Sir Peter Bazalgette, ITV's Chairman, said: "Graham's in-depth technical and digital experience will further strengthen the diverse mix of expertise and experience on the Board. On behalf of the Board, I am delighted to welcome Graham to ITV."

In relation to Graham's appointment, no information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
