Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce that Dawn Allen has been appointed to the ITV plc Board as an independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from today's date. 

 

Dawn is a commercial and highly strategic Chief Financial Officer who has held global roles in large scale businesses across consumer-related sectors. She was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Tate & Lyle PLC in May 2022, where she has been heavily involved in developing the global strategy, digital capabilities and processes. Prior to this she was Global CFO & VP, Global Transformation at Mars where, during a 25-year career, she held a number of key senior financial roles in Europe and the US including Global Divisional CFO, Food, Drinks and Multi Sales and Regional CFO Wrigley Americas.
