Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a listing totalling 153,280 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The listing consists of 153,280 shares to be issued following receipt of a bond conversion notice for the ITV plc 4% Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2016.
