Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), the Company announces that Dame Louise Makin was appointed as a non-executive director of Woodford Patient Capital Trust plc on 13 February 2015. Woodford Patient Capital Trust plc was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 21 April 2015.
