Total Voting Rights

In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel group announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 473,277,926 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). There has been no change to the issued share capital in the month of May.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in ITM Power plc is 473,277,926.

The above figure 473,277,926 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITM Power plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

ITM Power plc manufactures integrated hydrogen energy solutions for grid balancing, energy storage and the production of renewable hydrogen for transport, renewable heat and chemicals.
