ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, was informed that Sir Roger Bone, Non-Executive Director of ITM Power, acquired 38,250 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 25.9p per share on the 5 September 2014. This purchase comprises Sir Roger's total holding in ITM Power and represents 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
