ITIS Holdings PLC25 April 2006 ITIS Holdings plc Trading Statement ITIS Holdings plc ("ITIS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that itexpects to report results for the year ended 31st March 2006 well ahead ofcurrent market expectations. All areas of the business in the UK traded strongly in the previous year andthis has been maintained into the current year. In the US, interest in our CFVD(Cellular Floating Vehicle Data) remains high, though new contract wins will bedependant upon the successful execution of current projects. The Company isalso experiencing substantial interest from overseas markets where certaininitiatives are now moving ahead. The Company expects to announce its results for the year ended 31st March 2006in June 2006.
