ITIS Holdings PLC25 August 2005 Thursday 25th August 2005 ITIS AWARDED CONTRACT FROM TRANSPORT FOR LONDON TO SUPPLY REAL TIME TRAFFIC DATA FOR NETWORK MONITORING ITIS Holdings plc (ITIS) today announces it has entered into a contract withTransport for London (TfL) to provide live traffic data into TfL's LondonTraffic Control Centre (LTCC) ITIS will provide TfL with its Traffic AlertGenerator (TAG) system that will display traffic speeds across the TfL networkand on other key routes within the M25. The source of this data will beexclusively from the ITIS Floating Vehicle Data (FVD) system which has a veryhigh penetration of probe vehicles in the London area. The system will assistcontrol room staff by continuously monitoring the performance of London's roadnetwork and allow for the early detection of delays. TAG systems are already used by Hampshire and Essex County Councils and ITISexpects to add further local authority customers to this list over the next fewmonths.
