ITIS Holdings PLC03 October 2006 ITIS SIGNS NEW CONTRACT WITH TomTom FOR REAL TIME TRAFFIC DATA ITIS Holdings plc ("ITIS" or the "Company") today announces that it has agreed anew contract with TomTom, a leading provider of personal navigation devices(PNDs). This replaces a previous 18 month agreement where ITIS traffic data wasoffered to TomTom customers via a third party integrator. The new contract nowincludes a supply of traffic information to support RDS-TMC which TomTom arelaunching shortly.
