ITIS Holdings PLC23 July 2007 ITIS Holdings plc Board Appointment ITIS Holdings Plc ("ITIS" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Dr GaryGates, International Business Director, has been promoted to the ITIS Holdingsplc board with immediate effect. Gary, 38, joined the Company in January 2001as Product Development Manager and was appointed to his current role in 2004.Gary has successfully overseen ITIS' expansion into new markets in Australia,Belgium, Czech Republic, Ireland, Spain and the United States. Building uponthe strengths of the UK business model, the Company has been encouraged by thesuccess achieved internationally and believes that there is significant growthpotential, which will lead to these new markets having a higher profile withinthe Company. Sir Trevor Chinn, Chairman, ITIS, commented 'I have been very pleased with theway Gary and his team have developed and opened up new markets.
