Inmarsat plc: Director and PDMR share dealings
Vesting of shares under Bonus Share Plan (BSP)
Awards over ordinary shares of €0.0005 in Inmarsat plc under the Bonus Share Plan were made to executives who are classified as Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and three tranches have vested from awards made in March 2009 (following the monetary award made in March 2008), March 2010 (following the monetary award made in March 2009) and March 2011 (following the monetary award made in March 2010).
The BSP is not a HM Revenue & Customs approved plan and on vesting, income tax and social security deductions become payable by the individual.
The share price at which shares were sold on 12 March 2013 was £6.75 per share. Where shares have been retained they will be added to the existing number of ordinary shares for the relevant individual.

Rick Medlock, Director, and his spouse, sold 2,000 shares each at £6.65 per share. Mr Medlock's beneficial shareholding is now 320,447 shares.
Debbie Jones, PDMR, her spouse sold 4,229 shares at £6.64 per share. Mrs Jones's beneficial shareholding is now 121,226 shares.
