Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of European Regulation No.596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), Interserve Plc (the "Company") announces that, on 11 October 2017, the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") was granted options to acquire ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009, an all-employee share scheme.

The options were granted at an Option Price of 91 pence and can normally be exercised between 1 December 2020 and 31 May 2021. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
