Board Change
Interserve, the international support services and construction group, today announces that Non-Executive Director, Keith Ludeman, is to step down from the Board following the AGM on 12 June 2018.
Keith was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Interserve in January 2011, and has chaired Interserve's Remuneration Committee since July 2014 and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Nick Salmon, who has served on the Board as Non-Executive Director since August 2014, is to succeed Keith as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
