Mercury Recycling Plc, the recycler of fluorescent light tubes and sodium street lights, announces that Simon Lebor has sold 300,000 shares to fund a planned exercise of share options.
The exercise of share options is planned in the near future and details of this will be announced at the time.
Simon Lebor's holding is now 4,015,233 representing 11.91% of the issued share capital.
