The Company has been notified that Tracarta Limited, in which John Wardle, Non-Executive Director, has a beneficial interest, purchased 1,215,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.28 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 July 2023.
