Director's Share Purchase
Ironveld was informed today that, Giles Clarke, the Company's Chairman, has acquired an interest in an additional 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These shares were purchased by his wife at a price of 4.5 pence per share.
The shares were purchased through the following trades:

Following the purchases, Giles Clarke is now beneficially interested in 15,264,321* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.35 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and voting rights.
\* This number includes Westleigh Investments Holdings Limited's ("Westleigh") holding of 9,023,581 Ordinary Shares. Giles Clarke is a director and shareholder of Westleigh.
