Director Dealing
Ironveld plc (AIM: IRON), the mining development company focused on producing high-value strategic metals, announces that it has been notified by Nick Harrison, Non-Executive Director of the Company, of a transfer of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below.
Mr Harrison is a shareholder in Westleigh Investments Holdings Ltd ("Westleigh"). Westleigh previously held 217,145,803 Ordinary Shares in Ironveld plc via GHC Capital Markets. These shares have now been distributed to Westleigh's shareholders in proportion to their respective interest (the "Transfer").
As a result, 57,977,929 Ordinary Shares have been transferred to Mr Harrison's account with GHC Capital Markets. Following the Transfer, Mr Harrison's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged and is set out below:
