Mercury Recycling Group PLC20 March 2006 Mercury Recycling Group announces that, on 9 March 2006, members of theCompany's Enterprise Management Incentive scheme exercised options over 199,998ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 10p per share. Of those exercising options, Mr Simon Lebor, Chief Executive exercised optionsover 166,666 ordinary shares. Mr Lebor is now interested is 4,298,567 ordinaryshares, representing approximately 12.8 per cent. of the enlarged issued sharecapital of the Company. Application will be made for the 199,998 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIMand it is expected that admission will take place on 23 March 2006.
