Initial Consideration Shares

IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a provider of geospatial collaboration and productivity software to the telecommunications and utilities industries, confirms that further to the announcement made earlier today, Admission of 923,294 Initial Consideration Shares together with the New Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Fundraising, is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 21 December 2020.
