Ubisense Group plc ("Ubisense" or "the Company") (AIM: UBI) announces that it received notification on 12 October 2011 that Richard Green, CEO of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 211p per share.
Richard's resultant interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 1,543,011 ordinary shares, representing approximately 7.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
