Director's Dealing and Total Voting Rights
IQGEO Group plc (LSE:IQG, "Company" or "IQGeo") has today received notification that, on 3 February 2020, Ian Kershaw, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 17,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 61.9 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Ian Kershaw has a total beneficial interest in 19,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.04% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Total Voting Rights
The Company also announces that in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights at close of 3 February 2020 is 49,594,086 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares").
The above figure of 49,594,086 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTR.
