Completion of Fundraising and Acquisition
Total Voting Rights
IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a provider of geospatial collaboration and productivity software to the telecommunications and utilities industries, confirms that following Admission becoming effective at 8.00 a.m. this morning, the Fundraising and Acquisition are now complete.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares and Initial Consideration Shares, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 57,312,252 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The above figures may be used by shareholders in the Company, following completion of the Fundraising and Acquisition, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In addition, Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel Partners"), a substantial shareholder in the Company (as defined under the AIM Rules) subscribed for a total of 1,666,667 New Ordinary Shares in the Placing. Max Royde, Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel Partners. Following Admission, Kestrel Partners will hold (and consequently Mr Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 14,347,020 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents 25.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
