Flying Brands regrets to announce the resignation of its Finance Director, Mr. Stuart Dootson, on the grounds of ill health. The Company has made suitable temporary arrangements to cover for Mr. Dootson and a further announcement about the Finance Director role will be made in due course. The Company will announce its results and give a trading update on 29 April 2014.
