References in the above announcement to ordinary shares of one pence each shouldbe to Units (comprising ordinary shares of one pence each and ordinary shares of0.005 pence each). The full, amended text appears below: Formal application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and theLondon Stock Exchange for the listing of 72,578 Units (comprising ordinaryshares of one pence each and ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each) fully paid ("Units"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange and be admitted to the OfficialList of the UKLA. It is expected that admission of these Units will becomeeffective on 25 August 2005. These Units will rank pari passu with the existingissued Units in the Company. These Units are being issued to satisfy exercises of options under the Company'sshare option schemes.
