Board appointment
Impax, the AIM listed specialist investor focused on a more sustainable economy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julia Bond OBE as Non-Executive Director, effective 29 November 2023. Julia will sit on the Company's Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees. It is contemplated that Julia will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee when Lindsey Brace Martinez leaves the Board in July 2024.
Julia has 27 years' experience of capital markets in the financial services sector. She is a former MD at Credit Suisse where she led the Central Bank and Sovereign Wealth Fund teams globally as well as co-heading Non-Japan Asia Fixed Income Sales. Latterly, Julia has served as a Non-Executive Director for a number of different organisations in both the private and public sectors.
