Result of AGM
Impax confirms that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.

As announced on 11 December 2008, David Kempton stepped down as a Director of Impax following the meeting, the Board wishes to thank him for his contribution to the development of the Company.
