Impax Asset Management Group plc announces β¬141m private equity fund raising

Impax Asset Management Group plc ("Impax") today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Impax Asset Management Ltd, has raised β¬141m of capital commitments for its second private equity fund, Impax New Energy Investors II LP ("NEF II").
As part of this fund raising, Impax has committed to invest β¬2m in NEF II.
NEF II is focused on investment opportunities in independent power companies and projects in the renewable energy sector across the European Union.
