Impax Group PLC19 December 2007 Holding(s) in Company Impax Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company which focusesexclusively on the environmental markets sector, announces that following thepublication of the Company's Preliminary Statement of Results (the "Prelims") itwas notified today that BNP Paribas Investment Partners has acquired 31,000,000ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from existingshareholders, at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share. This represents 28.31per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. As announced in the Prelims, the Company and BNP Paribas Investment Partnershave recently signed an agreement under which BNP Paribas Investment Partnerswill distribute products that are managed or advised by the Company in parts ofEurope and Asia.
